The Aures

The hotel is comfortable and the breakfasts good. They arranged for a car to take us tothe Ajanta and Ellora caves and our driver Munavar was courteous and competent.

The hotel overall is okay. The rooms are good and the breakfast is very good. But the staff definitely needs lot of improvements. First, the reception staff was not very proactive during the check-in process. We had 2 rooms booked via Expedia, but we were shocked when the reception staff insisted that we had only one room reserved. We showed the printout from Expedia, but still the reception counter person said that he could only see one room as reserved. Eventually he found out that there were 2 rooms reserved in our name. It was good that we had taken printout with us. Second, when we ordered bottled water, the staff took inexplicably long time to get the bottles. It felt that it could have been quicker had we gone out and bought bottles ourselves from some nearby shop. Third, the hotel did not have good facilities (restrooms or place to relax) for the driver of our rented car. In general, hotels show some consideration towards drivers since they ultimately bring in the hotel customers. Regarding recommending the hotel to others, I would suggest them to check out some other hotels as well.

It was a bad experience and I would rather not relive it.

The hotel is professionally managed and very helpful staff. They managed to find and give me some of my lost documents.

We had booked 2 Club rooms for a night. Not only were we upgraded to suites, we had a comfortable stay with friendly staff and decent ambience. Dinner was good but breakfast needs improvement. Nonetheless a good experience.

Old property , convert into Keys Brand. Reception and restaurant is ok not upto Keys hotel standard which i had seen in Ludhiana & Trivendram in past. Rooms are not update and upgrade so as bathrooms. Myself dissapoint.

Very Good Food, very relaxing. Placed very well while coming from Pune to visit Ellora / Ajanta Caves. Just a couple of kms from the turn to Ellora cave. Left Pune in the morning, checked into the hotel by 1:00 PM had booked it online. Had a quick fresh up, light lunch and by 2 off to Ellora caves. Another 30 km, about an hour drive. See the caves well. Come back to the hotel. Unwind with a drink and dinner, Sleep well. Next day morning Breakfast at hotel, good food. Leave by 8:00 to Ajanta. 130 Kms drive, reach by 11. Ajanta are comparatively smaller in size and area. Reached by 11:00 with couple of breaks, done visiting all the caves by 3:00. Have lunch in state tourism restaurant in the venue. Reach back by 5:00. Good food and relax. Visit Bibi ka makbara after breakfast in the hotel by 11:00. Leave for Pune by 1:00. If you wish to spend time in the caves not an appropriate schedule. Few teething problems, Exhaust not working, Face towels missing.

The hotel is professional, clean and well managed.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Extremely friendly and the service is outstanding. The room was clean and very comfortable too.The food was great as well.
