Chaweng Tara Hotel

The Hotel is really near one beach, and you can find some restaurants near. The price it´s good. In the first floor of the hotel you can find a cafe where you can have breakfast. The hotel it´s old, but it was clean.

The Beach nearby is nice but with many waves. The path to go to the supermarket is not so nice if you go walking because there is not a path way. There is not elevator.

There is a good beach across the toad and a short walk down a track. Hotel receptionist, Spicey, was very friendly and helpful

Noisy highway next to rooms. A bit dangerous for walking up the hill to get to restaurants because there are no footpaths (anywhere in Koh Samui actually). The local council really needs to provide footpaths on roads everywhere.

really big, clean room. staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. comfy bed. good cleaning each day and top ups of coffee and water. Staff helped us with booking our next trip last minute.

sadly there were a few big ants in the bathroom.

The breakfast shop/ bakery was excellent!

The very busy road you had to cross to get to the beach. Walking on the side of the road to Siam restaurant was tricky with all the traffic

The hotel staff at all times were very friendly and attentive. The beach is about 2 minutes from the hotel. To go to my next destination, they helped me to get a taxi and which ferry and where to catch it. Very recommendable!!

Wonderful budget hotel, great staff, very caring owners, the beach is across the road, there is all the necessary infrastructure nearby. Great internet, good for work

Very nice for it's cost. The receptionist was a very welcoming and helpful guy.
