"Would stay again."

Comfy bed. Liked that we could use the balcony. Shower was hot and fabulous pressure. Covered essentials when making up the room. Excellent location. Loved being amidst the foodie strip of Lygon Street and the easy walk into the CBD. Would stay again.

No complaints.

There was no argument when I asked to be reimbursed. I was reimbursed within a few hours by Booking.com

Before we arrived we were told they had changed our two bedroom apartment to two single rooms due to renovations. We did not end up staying as the.rooms were beyond habitable. The Hotel should have closed during renovations, absolutely unacceptable that they thought they could still operate under those conditions. Drilling /jack hammers were operating by our rooms. There weren't even any walls in the 'room' next door! Dust everywhere. Inside our rooms it was appalling - broken fixtures, dirty walls and carpet which was torn. In my friends room it was the same, plus the toilet wouldn't flush and then leaked everywhere. I asked for my money back and the lovely staff member didn't hesitate to agree and explained the process of contacting Booking.com.
