Bloody disgusting. $3200 for 5 nights on the weekend of the F1 and we get a room (313) that stunk like old wet smelly, cat piss stained carpet room that literally did our heads in. Absolutely disgusting room overlooking junky lane with people banging next door at all ours of the night. Then at 8am someone starts jackhammering a room a few doors down. When you have slept on a mattress that a wooden plank would have been more comfortable you get agitated. Sheets were stained green with water marks. And reception were depressed, non-verbal people. If you tickled their feet you would get no response. Wasted our money. The park across the room would have been a hell of a lot better. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

It was okay - a good location and the cleaning staff definitely tried to make the best with what they had.

Room was dirty and dark. Grime on window shutter, I tried wiping it with a towel and it came off black. Kitchen tap was broken, bathroom door did not close or lock, and the bathroom floor flooded when I tried to use the shower.

renovations- lots of dust air pollution work site was not covered well to reduce dust power tools during day including once after 6pm linen clean but stained need to increase cleaning in halls/lift etc during renovations to reduce dust water pressure disappointing

The location is great, the room was comfortable and quiet, and off-street parking was available (for a fee).

I thought the fee for the parking was a bit too expensive.

reasonably priced, close to the night life and great restaurants, currently under renovation Paid extra for secure car parking

pillows uncomfortable carpet needs replacing Needs renovation this unit, but that is coming.
