Great room, had everything I needed. Close to grocery shopping. Fast check in / out.
We only stayed 2 nights. It was a very simple old fashioned room but with the good price . However the showerscreen was dirty and some lights above the bed were faulty.On the other hand the location was good and close to the artesian hot pools. We liked the bed it was nice and comfortable and we had some really good sleep on it. Overall good place to stay for few nights.
Quick stop on a long drive
Nice motel. Enjoyed pool. Pity restaurant was closed and the fridge was not cleaned. Otherwise all good.
The air conditioner was the best part. The rest was average! Couldn't find the pool (maybe I miss understood). Restuant was not operating. 1 coffee cup for 3 of us. Reported to the management the hair dryer didn't work and exhaust fan in kitchen was not clean. However it served our purpose!
The pool was good and beds were comfy but the shower was dirty/moldy. The lights in the room were hanging off the wall and not working. The staff member who checked us in was rude complaining that we had booked through wotif and complained that it was too cheap. We were very disappointed with the room condition especially when the price was not cheap at all! The milk they gave to us for the room was off. Not a good experience.
There was a hiccup with the booking (and we stress) from the Hotels.com end. The owners were able to sort it all out very quickly and upgraded the room, with very little inconvenience at all to us. This motel is a little jewel and really well worth the stay - lovely rooms, lovely staff. The restaurant is a find as well, much much better than The usual motel restaurant food, the meals were absolutely delicious. We will definitely stay here again, a very pleasant experience and wonderful place to stay. Thank you!
