It was a good overall motel ,especially after the Alpine at Goulburn
Kept awake for most of the night by group of drunk residents
There were just a lot of little things that added up. Like no hot water in the kitchen sink, we needed to boil the jug to get hot water to wash up.
Good property with most things we needed but disappointing service.
The beds where comfortable and the room temperature was pleasant
The room was very dirty - stains all over the carpet, kitchenette hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom was dirty and all of the sheets were dirty when we arrived. We approached the manager to change the sheets however we were given clean sheets to change them ourselves. The kitchenette was unable to be used as the sink was dirty and so was the cutlery and crockery. The worst property I have ever stayed in.
Room was old kitchen bench chipboard dropping down on the pots and pans .The kettle was filthy as was fridge dried milk on the shelf no tea towels 1 cup for 4 people.The shower door was falling off .
Vert friendly felt very welcom. Rooms clean and comfortable. Can recommend restaurant a great dining experience food was first class
Recently stayed here for an overnight trip . Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean & bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were surprisingly quiet. Close to most things in town. Would stay here again in the future
