A Boutique Hotel is a cheap hotel well located at the corner of Sadovaya Street with Nevsky Prosp. street: one of the main street of St Petersburg. From the hotel, the hermitage is approx. 15-20 min walk, passing through restaurants & shopping areas and some interesting momunents. Rooms are clean and simple: no hairdryer, no mini-bar. The bathroom is new and space is rather big. The breakfast is complete but simple. You'll have possibility to have tea or coffee 24h for free. Hotel is at 5th floor without elevator and at street level, there is just a small plate indicating the hotel, so it is not easy to find it, even for taxi driver. But the hotel is well referenced in Russian navigation system. A good place for tourists who look for a convenient and central place to relax at reasonable price 80€/night (breakfast included).

The location is superb= 2 steps from Nevsky. The main attractions of the city are in a walking distance. Clean and well-equipped room. No lift, but easy to get the fifth floor where the hotel is.The staircase is old, but nicely kept with flowers on the way up. Buffet breakfast.

I made a good choice this trip. The hotel was nice, except that there is no elevator and you have to carry your suitcase for 3 floors to reach the lobby. But it's okay because I traveled light. The room itself is very clean and cute. One thing that I'm disappointed was there is no hair dryer in my room even its shown on my confirmation email that my room includes hair dryer. Good location so far and also breakfast.

A Boutique Hotel makes a good base from which to explore St Petersburg for a couple days. The location is right in the historic district and walking distance to the main sights, shopping, vegetarian restaurants and transportation. My room was on the 5th floor of what seems to be a covered residence. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable enough and the shower had good pressure and abundant hot water. A simple breakfast was included. The desk service is very basic and very little English is spoken but overall good value for the budget price.

The room was very cute and clean. Location is perfect close to metro and in city centre. Breakfast is not so good but St Petersburg is so cheap that you can take breakfast every day in a different cafeteria. Was not easy to find since door is on street but very small. Internet is not fast but it is ok. No problem or concerns.

Whilst the climb to the 4th or 5th floor to reach this hotel is tiring at the end of the day you cannot fault the value this hotel offers. The rooms are excellent with air conditioning and good bathrooms and the breakfast is adequate. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful although their English is limited. I found the central location outweighed the limited facilities and I would recommend it to independent minded travellers
