Très agréable séjour ici. Dans un premier temps, l’apparence de l'entrée et l'accès à l'hôtel était étrange. Cependant, le confort de la chambre et le séjour était excellent! En outre, l'hôtel est très bien situé.

Exceeded our expectations, this is a great place to stay, on a great location. The hotel staff is the best, great breakfast included, wifi. Loved the city and we're going back, and this is where we'll stay next time.

I wanted to stay somewhere that isn't chained or luxurious filled with tourists from package tours. I wanted somewhere where locals will stay in and hence I chose this hotel when I went to St Petersburg. The location is great. It is walking distance to most sites as well as being right by the Metro station and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is as it says: a boutique hotel. We couldn't find it at first, and then it surprised us with a cute little room 4 floors up the stairs in what seems to be a residential building. Staff is pleasant but not overly keen on being friendly (nor were they rude - they were just, there). The room was comfortable and very cute - it was decorated with lovely furnishing, but we didn't have a good sleep.... We had room 402 which was above the main road and with thin walls and windows we could hear all the traffic and nearby parties throughout the night, unfortunately. Breakfast is sufficient, but I wouldn't call it good... Having said all that - for the price paid it's good value. The hotel is on the 4th floor with no elevator. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility limitations.

The location is good. Friendly staff. Rooms are big. Breakfast is so so. There is no air conditioning but our stay was OK as the temperature at night was a bit cool. May be a problem during hot summer time. Need to climb up 4 levels as the hotel is at 4/F and 5/F of a building with no lift.

My friend and I were staying in room no. 511. it was clean and wide. it was really good for taking a rest. As you can read others review, here is no elevator. that is only thing what I concerned. except it, everything was fine. even you can not read a Russian, you can find a hotel mark easily. but if you are using a map application, please find out cocarbar or seven rooms. beside of these bar, you can find the hotel easily. in my case, I used "2GIS" in iphone app, it is very good for finding something in Russia. and Breakfast were no bad, but not really perfect. if they have a hot soup(not Oat meal), it will be better( personal opinion). anyway it was good experience in Petersburg, and I want to visit there again.

Отель оставил хорошие впечатления. Заселили сразу по приезду.Все просьбы удовлетворялись сразу,очень вежливо. Номер чистенький, аккуратный. Уборка производилась качественно. Завтраки не очень разнообразные, но вполне приличные. Остались довольны.
