"Good hotel"

The hotel was good, clean with nice people at the reception.The only thing that is not specified is that they are at the 5th floor and there is no lift/elevator. We were told that the person from security downstairs can help with the luggage if needed. Overall we were satisfied.

Sopiva yöpaikka keskeisellä sijainnilla jos ei kaipaa ison hotellin palveluita. Huoneet kunnostettu tyylillä ja yleisilme hyvä. Aamiainen toimiva itsepalvelu. Varauduttava portaiden nousuun 5. kerrokseen, ilman hissiä. Huoneesta puuttuu toimiva ilmanvaihto, ei mitään tuloilman reittiä, joten aamulla väsynyt olo. Kaupunkiäänien vuoksi ikkunaa ei voinut pitää raolla.

"1 * hotel for economy class tourists"

The 2 good opinions about the hotel are most probably wrote by hotel' related people. It is not possible to write such opinions about the hotel until You are not related to them or You are construction worker using economy class barracks. Main features of the hotel: - it takes half of the floor on fifth elevation without lift. - the bathroom is dirty permanently as they have problems with ventilation so it results if rust in metal elements and water stone everywhere. Of course it stinks badly. They were even not able to clean my bathroom properly after my claim. - breakfast is very poor even for Russian standards. - I wanted to give good notes for reception service (2 first days there were young but really helpful and nice girls) but third day it happen that older reception women came and I change my mind. She was sitting in a small breakfast room with dirty tables and smoking cigarettes even during my breakfast. I am not smoker. - compering quality/ price it is very very expensive

"Great location in St Petersburg"

Stayed here with friends recently. We found he rooms to be very comfortable, good mattresses and linens. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very good, only thing missing was regular coffee, but there was instant which was fine. The only negative we experienced was the 5 flights of stairs necessary to reach the hotel. We knew about this when we booked. The hotel did have a very nice young man there to help us with our luggage. We tipped him well! I would definitely stay here again!
