Pierre Hotel

In a good location - just 5 or 10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants, pub street, and the night market but just far enough away for a peaceful stay. Staff were always cherry and happy to help if needed. Room was clean and bathroom had a bath as well as a shower, plus we had a nice view of the river from our balcony.

The aircon in our room was loud - woke us up on many occasions but you couldn't sleep without it. The lobby / bar area is dull with no atmosphere and always hot and humid - even when the aircon unit was on! There is only room for 5 sun loungers around the pool and very little shade after midday. The buffet breakfast consisted of 6 hot local dishes but only one hot western offering each day (ham, chicken sausage, or crispy bacon). This is odd considering I only saw westerners all the time I was there. The hotel should reconsider what food their guests might like. So long as you know this before you book you won't be disappointed.

Location by the water was wonderful. Close to restaurants, bars, etc. Amazing wood design features of carved Khmer history throughout. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Good value for the location.

Pool area was very small but water was clean and looked good.

The hotel offers good value for money, with well-maintained hygiene standards, friendly and polite staff, and convenient access to the city center. The breakfast was enjoyable and added to the overall positive experience.

However, the air conditioning could be improved, as it didn’t cool the room efficiently—possibly due to the centralized system.

A bit dubious on the cocktails. 🤔 The pool could have a better pathway around. Sun beds are really close to the edge of the pool

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt das beste. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und die Qualität ist bestens.

Breakfast was a good spread which included both European and southeast Asian food. They went out of their way to provide us with an early check in for one of the rooms. The also gave us packed breakfast for our very early flight. Helped us with car bookings. A special mention for Soklin who was always available to answer questions and help us with small details. Very helpful staff.
