Casa Quetzal

It was pleasant. Friendly attention. Nice patio and surrounding. The best thing it was close to the Plaza and restaurants. A little warm in the room in june.

Casa Quetzal is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location - just a block to the Jardin, but far enough away that we were not overwhelmed by the activities of the Dia de los Locos! There was some noise from the neighborhood the first night, but then that disappeared. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

We were in San Miguel for a long weekend, and Casa Quetzal was perfect for us. Easy access to all the historic district sights and shopping, and our room was delightful.

Very nice place, the hotel personnel was very knowledgeable about the restaurants, places to visit, routes to others locations, etc.

We did not stay at this facility after all. When we arrived, the hotel manager and another hotel employee were in the middle of a discussion with another male and a guest. They did not acknowledge our present at all. In minutes the police and another 5 or 6 more men were also part of the discussion. We left and stayed at the hotel next door which was great. Hotel de la Paz.

It was a very nice room, I love that it had a feeling Of the 1920 , it was a little dark and cold , but there was a heater and extra blanket on the armour , what I did not like was that the room was right at the entrance of the hotel so you felt separated from the whole experience , I had problems with the hot water it wouldn' come on as hot more like look warm , they came to check and we learn that if you turn on the water for the bathtub then the shower water would warm up if you turn it off it would get cold again , I did let them know and they said they would look into it , otherwise no problem , the staff were very pleasant and willing to help and attent to your needs.

Short, sweet and very quiet for mid town.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating . The hotel was located near the Jardin and many other great restaurants and shops.
