Great location. Great staff. Great breakfast. Lovely hotel.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel, with nice shaded indoor courtyards and rood decks. It's conveniently located. Very friendly staff. The one concern I had was that at least some of the rooms don't have secure windows. As they're on the first floor, they're not really secure. That doesn't concern me too much, but if you secure the room, there's very little ventilation, which can make it stuffy in warm weather. They had a nice fan in the room, and that helped - but I like fresh air circulation. If this doesn't bother you, I recommend it.

Great stay in San Miguel! Quick access to all destinations by walking. Great staff too! Lovely property. I’d stay here again.

Best thing about this hotel is that it is close to the Jardin. Otherwise, no staff to help with luggage, no breakfast as advertised, no Wi-Fi info provided (you have to ask), no instructions for in-room safe (you have to ask), etc.

We ended up seeing four rooms. Two great and two not nice at all so I guess buyer beware. Advertised hot tub is empty and obviously hasn’t been used in a long time. BUT GREAT location and very quiet

The hotel was great for the price. The location is great! We were at a walking distance(about 5min) from the main square and close to many restaurants. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They helped us book transportation to the airport. Our room was nice and clean. The only thing was it did not have AC, only a ceiling fan but the weather was really nice so we did not need it. I will consider staying there again next time I'm in San Miguel de Allende!
