The villa was exceptional, the grounds immaculate and the staff very friendly.

Loved everything about the property. One little thing… I was interrupted in the middle of a very relaxing massage to ask to clean my room. Not the best timing.

Villas are so nice and clean. Very spacious and everything you need. All the staff are very friendly, happy and curtious. Lots of food to choose from at good prices. Glad we chose to stay here as all my family had a fantastic time.

We stayed for 13 nights and we didn't want to leave! The staff were incredible, always greeting with a smile. Location was pretty central, just a short walk to shops and restaurants The breakfast and room service was amazing The massage/spa area was relaxing The villa was stunning and was equipped with everything we needed plus more. My partner organised setting the pool up for my birthday and it looked incredible We cannot thank all of the staff more for helping make our holiday so perfect

Nothing about it to be honest.

For the first time in my life, I actually checked into a hotel I had already paid for and immediately left. I had previously tried to cancel after the free cancellation window passed, but they rightfully denied it. Upon my arrival and explicit displeasure—especially since they had no other bookings at that point—I asked to cancel and get whatever partial refund possible just so I could go somewhere else, but again, they weren’t cooperative at all. To be clear, it is completely their right, but I'm just saying this so you don’t expect any out-of-the-norm support from them. Ultimately, I really didn’t like the room setup, which consists of fully separate rooms within one enclosed area. If you’re traveling with young kids, I highly discourage staying here. Additionally, it is a visibly aging property—everything from the physical room keys to the furniture (check customer photos to make your decision) feels outdated. Furthermore, the living space is not air-conditioned, which is definitely something to keep in mind given Bali’s weather. Finally, my kids and I really didn't appreciate the statues inside the bathrooms.
