Tropical Lagoon Resort

This is a gorgeous hotel which provides easy access to the world renown blue lagoon. The staff is super friendly and quick to accommodate the needs of all their guests. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect on the hill top next to the Blue Lagoon, which is a famous place of interest near Port Antonio. The property has a small beach right to the lagoon. The service is nice. Finding my friend left our driver's license at the resort, they send me an email and offered to mail it to me. However, renovation is needed before they can make the stay more comfortable.

Wonderful stay in the Robin Suite. The staff was very accommodating. We were given a cellular phone at check-in which had all the numbers of the hotel departments. The property is gorgeous. The view of the Blue Lagoon from our suite was amazing! this isy new favorite hotel in Jamaica!

The Tropical Lagoon Resort was a perfect pick for our vacation/business retreat in Portland. We had wanted to be close to the Blue Lagoon and other attractions, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the location, the villa hotel, and it's wonderful staff and beautiful grounds and accommodations! Would definitely highly recommend, and hope to return in the future!

Nicole was awesome and all other staff were lovely as well. Be careful and don't let your children play inthe sand. Sands flies will bite them and swell their hands.

This is not the typical "All Inclusive" resort you would find in negril or Ocho Rios. If you are looking for a relaxing location to see the pure beauty of Jamaica then you will enjoy this location. No entertainment or butler service. Nice villas located just a 100 yard walk from the "Blue Lagoon". Not as crowded as other tourist locations.

This is a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beware: you need to be in a reasonably fit condition to walk up the slope to your hotel room, and down the slope to the Blue Lagoon.

I stayed for 3 days for my birthday and it was incredible. I rented a car and drove from Kingston and upon arrival Donovan was waiting to check me into my room. Check in was very quick and he took the time to show us around the property. my room was as pictured and included a flat screen TV, fridge, microwave and AC that was on when we entered the room. The chef was nice enough to cook us dinner when we arrived, it was pretty expensive though so we only ate there one time. The walk to the lagoon is down a very steep hill and a lot of stairs so be prepared. Overall I would stay there again.

The hotel is awesome. The blue lagoon is awesome. The office staff and beach staff are awesome. The restaurant is a huge disappointment. Make sure you arrange with the office to have a driver take you elsewhere for dinner if you don't have a car. The office is great about this and there is lots of great eating in Port Antonio. I can't imagine how they can leave the restaurant like that - very expensive and very very dull. The food and experience are nowhere close to what you pay. (Breakfast was nice.) You may note that I still gave the hotel a 5 and heartily recommend it. Everything else was that great and you can work around the restaurant easily.
