Our room was tiny and had a massive pillar in the middle of it and also opposite the lift. The bathroom is non existent. Feels like a glorified premier inn.

Lovely hotel but not a real five star. Great location, lovely pool area, great sun beds, great food on the all inclusive options, staff also very nice.

The lack of space to relax in the evening and lack of entertainment also in the evening. The hotel is new but has a very low standard of build quality everywhere you look. The rooms are nice but very small for a family room and also lack a quality finish. They need to take a good look at the smaller details to finish the place to make it a proper 5 star. Also lack of choice with the drinks within the all inclusive and two bar staff in particular were very rude! House cleaning not great.

The hotel was fantastic, beautifully decorated with a stunning main pool. The staff was courteous, especially in the bar, always greeting us with a smile. The room was comfortably furnished, and the jacuzzi temperature was adjusted to guests' preferences. The food selection was more than enough to avoid eating the same thing every day, and the dishes were delicious and prepared with care. The bar was wonderfully stocked with delicious drinks. I highly recommend it.

By far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. They cater to luxury level for adults and children to the same level. Vegetarian food was fantastic and always different. Would go back again and again if prices were more affordable
