Location close to airport, restaurant and Bar are amazing, water park are good for childrens

No elevators to the room and less halal selection

The resort is recently renovated, everything is new, clean and working. The staff is very friendly, very professional and hard working. The hotel is less than half an hour from the Heraklion airport, making the journey swift and pleasant. We have received one of our rooms already upon arrival at 11:30 instead of the official check in time at 15:00, even though it was high season. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely designed, which is true to the whole resort. It’s big enough not to feel stuffy, but it’s convenient to walk anywhere in less than five minutes. There’re several pools and an aqua adventure park with amazing water slides and two kids water playgrounds to top it all. There’s food, a vast variety of good food from morning till night, and alcohol from wines and spirits to fun cocktails to all ages. I would full heartedly recommend Senseana and definitely go back again. It’s an amazing resort for all ages, we tried from 8-51 the whole range and had an incredible time. Thank you Senseana.

Please abaout food....try somthing diversification ..to soup.....I hope I come to Grece....for taste ,,Soup ala Grec,,but nothing....

The location was great. The room as we had a private pool. It’s great for small children. Great for people who want to have Stella Island but on a budget. Hot dogs apparently were nice from the water park. There is no shortage of sunbeds.

The cleaning of the room was not good. The replacement of towels was non existent as was the toiletries and water for the room. If you asked a cleaner you were given them but if you didn’t see one then you would not get them. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is like a large cafeteria and extremely noisy. I mean lots of screaming children and adults not talking to eachother but screaming.. the waiting staff do not provide tea and coffee so consequently you queue at two machines to get a coffee or tea.. these machines are right at the back. This increases the people in the cafe at any one time. Waiting staff providing coffee would reduce the amount of people in the restaurant at any one time making it far more enjoyable. The majority of food looks very nice. Chefs are around and you think they will make you an omelette.. but they do not. We did not eat lunch or dinner but went out every night. We also went to the beach every day and paid for sunbeds. It’s extremely busy and noisy around the pool. The reception staff and staff in general are not trained enough. It’s not their fault but the service needs to be much better. I think that the guest manners have rubbed off on the staff and as the majority of guests seem to be from certain countries where manners are certainly lacking. Our stay is ok but we would not return.
