SENSEANA Sea Side Resort & Aquadventure

Very comfortable resort with all the required facilities. Very good mini club for the kids (shame it not working on Sundays but it's the only downside). An excellent water park. Great private beach with waves-breaker. very big parking lot, so no problem renting a car. and an excellent dining room, the best foods for a dining room I had so far. the "regular" rooms could be a bit bigger, but you get what you pay for. next time I'll take a better room with a private pool.

I have just stayed at the senseana resort for 5 days. Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home! The one only thing I think that let’s this hotel down is the food served, it was quite a limited choice for main meals and snacks, although the food served was very nice. Apart from this 5* all day long. I will be returning in the future I hope you praise your staff well, they were amazing!

The staff was very nice, the property is new and the suite was excellent. The all inclusive program is indeed all inclusive.

I had ants in my room, and the housekeeping did not really mop or clean the floor.

The pool was very dirty kids were vomiting and peeing in the pool. Adult were walking in the 30cm pool bit with their shoes on. Management should enforce rules around pool. Such a shame that’s such a nice hotel with views but couldn’t go in the pool at all during my 7 days holiday.

It's an OK resort in a great location. The waterpark is fantastic for kids, offering a variety of slides for all ages to enjoy.

The service is disappointing—the main receptionist seems uninterested and unhappy in his role. This hotel falls short of 5-star standards, closer to 4 stars at best. There’s no room service, only one buffet-style restaurant, and two a la carte options, but you're limited to booking one of them only once, and the menu is the same as you would find in the buffet. If you're looking for a luxury experience, this hotel may not be worth it.

We really liked the general atmosphere, the staff in the dining room who provided service with a smile. We especially liked the girls who run the kids club. My granddaughters (almost 3-year-old twins) called them the princesses. They were so nice to the children, full of creativity and the children's disco every evening was the highlight of the day. We want to thank the room attendant of our wing (a double room with a sea view) who was kind and strict. The cleanliness of the room is commendable. And apart from that we liked the main pool which is built especially for families with the shallow part, we liked the private beach which was very nice (except for the seaweed - but that is no longer in the hands of the hotel). And we felt very comfortable with the hotel's handling of environmental issues.

Not that we didn't like it, but some recommendations: We would be happy if there was a large, more accessible mirror, when changing into a swimsuit at least twice a day, an accessible mirror could be effective. It would be good if part of the general pool was shaded. The Mediterranean sun is scorching and completely unhealthy. Sometimes we felt that the menu in the dining room was repetitive, but overall we also enjoyed the food. Not gourmet but certainly varied and tasty.
