L’endroit est magnifique, personnel super sympa .

le problème c’est quand on arrive il propose une chambre inférieure ( 3 familles on fait le même constat ) et que surtout ils autorisent même si ils disent le contraire à autoriser les gens à réserver les translates le matin

Super schöne moderne und weitläufige Hotelanlage mit tollen Pools, Spielplatz und Wasserpark. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich Schöne Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten

Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise unfreundlich und auch etwas unzuverlässig. Wir erhielten bei unserer Ankunft eine leider dreckige Babydecke - die wurde erst nach wiederholter Aufforderung ausgetauscht. Teilweise sind die zwar sehr schönen Zimmer etwas „verbunkert“

Food is excellent. It is very clean, staff is professional. Property is fully equipped so you don’t have to leave the resort at all.

Property stated there is a high speed internet, but in reality internet was not so fast, only about 5MB/s, which is not fast at all, especially if you need good connection for work. It should be addressed or not mentioned as a advantage.

It was amazing! The service by the staff was incredible,everyone was so kind, and it felt completely natural, not forced at all. The all-inclusive package had a wide variety of delicious cocktails. Overall, it was a really fun experience. Highly recommend, especially the reception team!

The toilet water had a weird almost seaweed like smell and there was lot’s of construction on the street that kicked up tons of dust
