The staff were very helpful. We loved the location and being able to ski in and ski out

The bathrooms were small

Amazing to be able to ski-in and ski-out, great having rental skis right in the building along with storage lockers. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Some staff not very friendly, additional charges for third bed (think this is a booking.com issue so not entirely property’s fault) not made clear, be aware if gondola closed you cannot ski over to Hirafu, and slopes over to Hilton and Niseko-yo (closest area for restaurants) are very flat.

Poderiam ter mais horários para a massagem, tentei fazer vários dias e não consegui nenhum. Tentamos reservar com antecedência também e não tivemos resposta do SPA

Très proche de la montagne de ski. Onsen sur place.

L’établissement est overcrowded et out-dated. Personnel d’accueil n’est pas très souriant. Le manager a su bien récupérer la situation.

Great shuttle service to and from accomodation, delicious breakfast.

The location is amazing- ski in, ski out with ease. Ski hire & lift tickets all there as a one stop shop. Easy to get to the village and other parts of the mountain by bus.

Not being given fresh towels everyday.

Had a fantastic stay, here for a snow trip. Very warm and friendly staff, clean, with the convenience of having the all mountain shuttles at your door step, and the commuter chair lifts to take you into Niseko-yo if you prefer not to shuttle. Ski hire amenities are linked to green leaf, with personal lockers for your gear which we loved. The buffet breakfast is extensive and convenient for pre hitting the slopes fueling! There are two coin operated washing machines on level 4 which was so convenient to have for use! Finally, the onsen - indoor and outdoor - is a fabulous must do experience!

The rooms are small, however this has been our usual experience in Japan and is not a big negative in our books :)

The shuttle from Green Leaf to Hirafu esp afternoon and night was fantastic as it opened up the eating and exploring options ( every half hour arvo til midmight) Breakfast O.K. Outdoor Pool fun and Onsen beautiful. Onsite Ski rental great. Ski in/out was great also.

Rooms really too small for expected 3 people. Esp with limited luggage space. Lobby lounge lovely space but not big enough for everyone wanting to sit. Very expensive drinks too. Lounge food menu good though.
