The location and the views are amazing

The food was sub par for what you pay

Loved the outside onsen. You have to go out the door of the inside onsen to get there which was not obvious to me the first time. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Bus to village not great but you can get to Niseko village from the gondola which we were not made aware of and had to learn on our own. Lots of affordable good food options in Niseko village that did not require reservations. Front desk tries to push Hilton restaurants which were much more expensive.

The front lounge was fantastic. Onsen amazing.

The communication with the hotel prior to arriving was poor. Despite messaging via both booking.com AND direct with the hotel that we would be arriving a day late, and despite both sites acknowledging via E mail, that this had been noted, it had not been noted. When we arrived, we were told we were a "no show" from the day prior and they had to rearrange some rooms and then configured one of the rooms incorrectly. The staff were apologetic, but it took 90 mins for this all to be sorted out but I am yet to understand how this occurred in the first place. Lack of adequate Barrista made coffee was disappointing given the number of Australians who were present (pod coffee really not acceptable for the cost of the accommodation)

Shuttle bus services and locker for ski equipment was amazing. Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere without this. Large beds and rooms. Would stay again.

Not many spaces to comfortably sit in lobby during busy periods when waiting to check in.
