L’accueil, l’emplacement, l’eco lodge

Le service : bien que ça ne concerne pas la majorité de l’équipe, certains détails n’étaient pas au rendez vous pour ce standard d’établissement. Pour la suite Reshma : magnifique suite, mais manque un peu d’intimité (vue sur le restaurant)

"A luxury experience up in the hills"

Absolutely beautiful rooms and private pool and great service for example staff put down the blinds and prepare the mosquito nets for you in the evening. Staff all very friendly. Sea view bar is lovely as are the spa treatments. Great food. Free shuttle to Le Morne beach and bikes available for free to explore the local area.

It is expensive per night (although great for a honeymoon!) and wine and other drinks are also expensive compared to other places in Mauritius.

The facilities and grounds are gorgeous! So much attention was given to the design. The flora is breathtaking! The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Peggy who went above and beyond. We loved borrowing bikes and riding to nearby attractions. We enjoyed the hike on site and the View Bar.

We found it a bit strange that we had to pay for water at dinner. There may have been a good reason but it wasn’t explained. Also, we didn’t know in advance that men are expected to wear long pants and closed shoes for dinner. Luckily we had some, but it wasn’t strictly enforced anyway.

Fantastic caring staff (Joanna, Peggy, Julie, the guys at the bar, and all the others. Beautiful garden. Good beds and wonderful lodges.

Really there was nothing to complain about. Prices were up to the standard of the lodge.

Tout est réuni pour y passer un séjour de rêve , cuisine divine Dommage que le voisin est choisi de faire un feu gigantesque le jour de notre séjour et jour de grand vent

Peace and quiet. Even when it was full, there was so much space and many quiet places. A suite with a private pool was ideal. Lovely staff!
