Acceuil adorable , hotel simple et efficace. Très serviable et serieux

L'hotel est vraiment agréable. pas cher il bénificie d'une piscine et d'une sale de bain un coffre fort et un refrigerateur par chambre pour le même prix qu'un hotel low cost. le gerant est vraiment sympatique et a l'écoute j'ai pu changer de chambre pour une qui m'arrangeait plus. le nécéssaire de bain est fourni mais le savon est un savon solid a main. les chambres sont propre climatiser, et insonorisé on entiend ni l'autoroute ni les voisins, avec la télévision et un wifi qui fonctionne bien quand il en a envie (perte de connection fréquentes). Le petit déjeuner est bine garni. défaut a noter il n'y a pas d'affichette pour notifier aux femmes de ménages de ne pas déranger

As hotel prices are excrutiating during film festival, this was an excellent choice. To get to and from the the city center there were several options: Taxi (16-20€), walk (1 hour), run (30-40 minutes), walk and bus (40 minutes + 3 € as far as I remember, I have been a bit slow to get to write this). As I enjoyed the exercise, I quite often walked ( alvorligt walk some of the way, quite noisy other parts of the way), I one time ran, I took the bus twice after some walk and - a few times I took a taxi (late at night). Unfortunately I had to choose between a room that smelled heavily of smoke and a room without wifi. I chose the "smoke" room as I needed the wifi. That some guests choose to not care about non-smoking rules is one thing (it must require a great portion of patience to be a hotel owner!), but perhaps a smoke alarm in the rooms would prevent this? The staff did what they could to remove the smell (Unfortunately by spraying with perfume-chemicals rather than wash the curtains + walls). To make up for the bad choice of rooms and to show the will to please the custumer, the owner gave a serenade in Italian - AND translated it to English :-) That doesn't happen often where I come from :-D The bed was lovely, the warrior ok (I could have used some one more shelf), the general cleaning excellent, the bathroom fine. Unfortunately the sound from neighbour rooms using watertaps early mornings/late nights was rather loud, but nothing a set of earplugs couldn't fix.

I was not sure at first as I arrived after reception had closed so didn't benefit from instructions about locking my room door. But that was swiftly explained in the morning by the very helpful owner. This very straightforward place is really no frills except a lovely looking swimming pool, it also delivered on cleanliness and service way in excess of what I have experienced when staying in this area before. Plus charging what was an excellent B&B rate in the middle of the Cannes Film Festival. Thank you.

gros problème pour allumer l'électricité , l'interrupteur se trouvant à la tête du lit , plutôt très désagréable ! Literie inconfortable avec un creux dans le milieu du lit donc matelas hors service !

The room is small but the bed is comfortable and not too soft. Friendly staff and low prices. Was there for business at Mipim. Taxi to Cannes is about 23 Euros, in the night it is more about 40 Euros.

Un soir, tres calme. Reposant.
