Sure Hotel by Best Western Mougins Belvedere

Beware: in the map the hotel look very close to the expressway, but due to road design it is easy to reach the hotel but a nightmare to get out. We reserved this hotel knowing it was not in downtown Cannes, but thinking, well at least is close to the expressway, so it is easy to go to Nice, Montecarlo, etc. It turns out even just going to Cannes is a miserable ordeal through narrow streets (at least that was the best my GPS found.) The hotel itself is unmemorable with a lot of road noise. If you squint your eyes real hard you can see the Mediterranean form the breakfast terrace, but not form the rooms that actually face the mountain.

Ça sent la fin de règne. Vétuste. Service et attention réduits à leur plus simple expression. Emplacement devenu catastrophique (à peu près 8 voies de circulation dans les parages)

Family of 4, one night stay. We stayed in 8 different hotels in this price range travelling along the coast. This place is run down and in some dire need for updating. The room was very tight. Wifi did not exist in the room and we had to sit in the lobby to use it. This consists of 4 chairs in a dimly lit room. Mattress was firm and in good shape though. The air conditioning was on but barely detectable airflow. No food around. Clean swimming pool. No shower curtain - as a result, there was a mess in the bathroom after 4 showers. I get the feeling it's not too many days until someone decides to demolish this place and rebuild. But the staff were friendly.

Très très mauvais accueil par le gérant. Chambre sale et situation géographique affreuse trop de bruit.

l hotel est situé au bord de l autoroute A8 ce qui évidemment n est ni visible ni note sur le descriptif. L HOTEL EST LIMITÉ au niveau de l accueil puisqu en arrivant nous avons appris que la chambre réservée depuis une semaine était indisponible, la première fois pour une raison de probleme électrique et la deuxième il semblait sur les anciens occupants aient détruit la chambre, déçu de l hotel peut être ? Ou bien la chambre a t ëlle été réservée deux fois ? Toujours est il que nous avons ététres mal considère comme étant responsable du probleme alors que nous étions victimes et que les responsables ont été odieux. Au vue du prix, et de l état de l hotel et de sa situation géographique, vous devriez le retirer de votre site.

Si vous souhaitez passer quelque jours à Cannes, passez votre chemin. Tout juste bon pour une rapide escale. Vétuste, non rénové ( je l'ai connu il y a 25 ans, rien à changé !) le ménage laisse à désirer, accueil froid. Hotel hyper bruyant au bord de l'autoroute, hors de prix pour un 2 étoiles.

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit dans un hôtel tout à fait correcte!!!!

The hotel is close to Cannes in Mougins a bit on the hill and very close to the highway. it has a pool next to the hotel and a Terasse for the breakfast/lunch/dinner with a view. The rooms are very modest and small and have small windows. They are just good to shower and sleep. But are not welcoming, confortable. Eventhough the size of the rooms is mentionned - the pictures give an impression that they are much bigger, which is missleading. The WiFi connection in the room we had on the backside is very poor and you can hardly login.

Parece un motel americano de los 80, la puerta y la ventana de la habitación dan al pasillo de entrada de las habitaciones, por lo tanto intimidad 0. La habitación tenía olor a humedad, no tiene armarios para guardar nada, la tercera cama se encuentra en un altillo y para llegar a ella se tiene que acceder por una escalera ultra peligrosa (sobre todo para niños), para poder entrar en el baño la escalera tiene que estar recogida o te costara entrar. Los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones estaban sucios. En la piscina no se me ocurrió meterme pero es pequeña. Lo mejor el desayuno, justo pero correcto, lo típico de la zona. Para mi la relación calidad precio lo encontré caro. Si lo que te gusta es la zona, a unos 100 metros existe un Ibis, y los precios indicados a la entrada me parecieron mejores y la calidad seguro que tambien. Para no volver.

Cheap and free parking, that is all you can expect when staying at this hotel. The rooms clearly show that not a single penny has been spent on maintenance over the past 30 years.
