Ici, tout est fait avec délicatesse et générosité : un sourire, un conseil, une attention discrète… on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Haddou prend le temps d’échanger, de partager son amour de la ville et de guider chacun avec bienveillance. Sa gentillesse et celle de son épouse donnent au Riad une âme authentique et profondément humaine. Et que dire de la cuisine… Chaque repas est une expérience sensorielle : des plats parfumés, raffinés, abondants, préparés avec passion et servis avec une chaleur incomparable. On ne dîne pas simplement : on vit un moment. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur des saveurs et de la vie locale, permettant de s’immerger pleinement dans l’ambiance de la Médina tout en retrouvant, en franchissant la porte du Riad, un véritable havre de paix. BRThe staff was incredible, specially Noureddine and Haddou (And shoutout to Haddou's wife, who is an incredible cook). Food was incredible, we had dinner at the hotel everyday. Location is alse excellent for Fez, very close to the main points of the medina and very easy to find.
We got the room at the top floor hoping to have great views of the city. Unfortunately, and maybe because it rained one of the days we were there, the rooftop was closed and view from our room was blocked by the furniture that normally is at the rooftop. The bathroom doesn't have a shower attached to the wall, presumably to save hot water given that it is an old building, so altough you'll have hot water for your shower, it is not the most comfortable experience. Finally, the room had a funky smell during our stay that after a couple of nights started to give me headaches - the room was clean, but maybe that was a result of the airflow and the old building

Im Zimmer im Erdgeschoss herrschte teilweise ein merkwürdiger Geruch, war aber nicht weiter schlimm.
BEESMolt bé decorat.. una estància agradable, aire funcionava de maravella i al cuart de bany havia una estufa elèctrica. Habitacio gran pot ser una mica desnivellat, pero cap problema, personal molt atent. Me havian recomenat un Hammam, molt be. Esmorzar correcte..

ESRiad con muy buena relación calidad-precio. El personal es muy amable y atento. Está muy céntrico para visitar la medina, pero sin estar escondido ni ser difícil de encontrar. Los desayunos son sencillos, pero acordes con el precio. Destaca especialmente la limpieza y la atención de todo el personal.
