Séjour exceptionnel ! Tout était absolument parfait, le meilleur service que j’aie connu. Travaillant moi-même dans le domaine du service et étant habituée aux établissements de haut standing, je peux dire sincèrement que l’accueil ici a dépassé toutes mes attentes — nous avons été accueillis encore mieux que chez ma propre mère❤️😊 La chambre était impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Si je reviens à Fès, je ne chercherai même pas ailleurs. Mille mercis à Hadou !!!! et Nourdine pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Our stay at Riad Adarissa was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and ornate, but the thing that really makes it stand out is the staff. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Haddou coordinated multiple tours for us and gave us great recommendations. We were treated to wonderful breakfasts every day, and even a packed breakfast one day we had an early tour. Unfortunately I fell ill during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, helping us shift to a different room and providing some medicine they had available.

Sometimes the bathroom can smell a bit musty, but it is to be expected with an old historic building - just keep the door closed.

Me gustó mucho el trato y la hospitalidad. Hadou uno de los miembros del equipo fue excepcional. En su trato y atención. También el propietario Jean Claude y su mujer fueron muy amables ambos. La ubicación es excelente. Y La habitación superó mis expectativas. Volveré sin duda.

Que nos llovió el último día en Fez.

Nos alojamos en el Riad Adarissa del 28 de noviembre al 2 de diciembre y fue una estancia excepcional. El riad es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto y lleno de detalles que reflejan el encanto de Fez. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el ambiente, muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la medina. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Haddou, cuya amabilidad y atención fueron extraordinarias. Siempre pendiente de cada detalle, nos hizo sentir realmente como en casa y su hospitalidad marcó la diferencia en nuestra experiencia. La ubicación, en pleno Fez el Bali, es perfecta para explorar la ciudad y disfrutar de su autenticidad. Recomendamos el Riad Adarissa sin dudarlo. Volveríamos encantados. Sonia y Manel

El riad se encuentra al final de un callejón estrecho y algo oscuro, pero no hay que dejarse engañar: al llegar, se descubre un auténtico remanso de paz, lleno de luz, calidez y encanto marroquí.

El emplazamiento, las instalaciones, la comida pero sobretodo Haddou, Hanan y el recibimiento y atención antes de llegar de Noureddine. ESPECTACULAR. Te hacen sentir seguros y como en casa.
