Location was great .

Extremely tired and dated, the room had an odour which was just awful! A refurb of the annexed rooms is urgently needed.

The sea is across the road, funfair and park. Lunch menu good

Pillows we're hard, but everyone is different. The bar closed at 10.30 at night. We arrived back from eating out, and the bar was closed. They said the reason for this was there had been no one in the bar for over an hour, so they closed it. Not good when staying at a hotel that has a bar.
