The location was excellent. Right next to the beach. It was competitively priced.

The bath tub was dirty and had leftover hair in it. The carpets were also dirty. However since I was only there one night and it was cheap I didn't mind.

Absolutely brilliant service and staff were excellent Breakfast and food was excellent quality and tasted great the staff were so friendly and very helpful and the room was amazing

Great location and very good staff. Breakfast was good value especially as it was in with tbe rate of our room.

Our room - 209 - a family room was unbearbly hot resulting in a very poor nights sleep. I appreciate the outside daily temperature was 23 degrees so we had all windows fully open despite the noise from the road and local fun fair/ amusements. We also had a fan on which was provided. Upon investigation the wall running along the room was exceptionally hot ( possible water pipes) we highlighted this the next day and were told the manageress would come and speak to us at breakfast however this never happened. Such a shame that we hardly slept because of the heat as breakfast and the staff ( shelley behind the bar especially) were fantastic
