"Great location close to the tram line"

We had an event at EPIC and the hotel was in the perfect location to attend. The tram is an easy walking distance away, just up from the hotel. The check in staff member was very welcoming and helpful.

We were excited to check out the roof top bar before our show but unfortunately it was closed for a private function.

"One night only"

It was okay. Clean, comfortable. I just needed a bed for the night and a shower.

The fridge made an annoying buzzing sound all night.

"Okay but little improvements would make a big difference to overall experience"

Comfortable room and easy check in. Location is great.

Breakfast average. It was very expensive for buffet as no option to just get fruit and yogurt. Coffee ordered and was not drinkable at all!- when questioned the breakfast staff ( only one at desk) said she had to also do room service and barista and it would be taken off bill but wasnā€™t.
