Chain across the carpark blocking the mobility parking spots meant I had to ask a passerby for assistance to move the chain & bollards. Mobility parking should be accessible.

Convenient location as only a couple of minutes walk to Braddon for restaurants

We stayed for 3 nights, the room was clean, and we had everything we expected in a hotel room. The location is excellent, close to all the tourist destinations and while we didn't use it, the tram is right out front. Only a short walk to a local restaurant street. Free parking is available and although it was always quite full, we always found a spot. Might be best to drop your luggage at the front first then park as the carpark surface is quite bumpy! The heated pool in the adjoining building was nice for a refreshing swim. You do need to walk outside of the hotel and into the next building however.
