Fab location all the staff were so friendly and helpful

Nothing evrything was horrible

Evrything was horrible Breakfast discusting and not much food all food was squished and looked like it was played with when I asked the waiter for some others coz they were squished he said sorry this needs finish first then I asked for a coffee 3 times and they did not bring me 1 I asked 7times for tissue with no tissue brought to me I asked for water 12 times and no water was brought to me my towls stunk like they were used and my veranda was dirty and they said nothing they can do at that time as we checked in late and they had no they rooms the air-conditioning was nit working and when it finally worked it kept turning off asked for someone to look at it 2 times and still no1 came my daughter got heat stroke as we could not open the door for air due to the noise of the people screaming and partying our bags were collected after asking 3 times to checkout and then we're placed on the footpath outpath outside and the bellboy disappeared with no help loading them

The food was very nice good selection of buffet Turkish food, breakfast dinner and a snack bar in between eating times. Not far from the beach and local supermarket across the road from the hotel. The spa package is Amazing, we got the full package for £70 and it was worth every penny. The Massage was insanely good and the facilities modern and clean.

We travelled with friends and family and we all booked the same room yet all our rooms looked different some better than others. Subsequently we payed more to stay in the rooms wit the pools which were very nice. The blankets are strange I would of prefered a duvet or a sheet. Most importantly the cleaner stole my vapes. I gave the benefit of the doubt in the hopes I thought she would of thrown them away but when I spoke to guest relations they were very rude and unhelpful asking me what I would like them To do and that I must of thrown them away myself. 5 vapes in total went missing and they are expensive in turkey to replace. I’m not mistaken they were defiantly stolen as the cleaners were questioned and all said they did not throw anything away. The staff for the spa were friendly but other than that they were very very rude. Also as we upgraded to the rooms with the pools we asked 2 of our friends to come and visit our room, guest relations knocked on our door and told us we were not aloud to have anyone in our room even though they were guests in the hotel. Overall the holiday was good but there was some disappointing aspects due to the staff attitudes and restrictions.

too many things they are a total rip off, charge for wifi in rooms, charge for room safe, no iron in room need to pay to use it, wouldn’t give 2 room keys out just one for me and my partner to share they said it was for our own safety, we were all inclusive and they refused to give us water for our room and told us to go to the mini market across the street even tho we didn’t drink any of the all inclusive drinks as they were all watered down and the beer was flat and disgusting, the food in restaurant was disgraceful we eat there once and left half way through so a wasted all inclusive trip, the staff at reception were rude, I definitely wouldn’t stay in this hotel again I don’t think much people would return either
