Lalila Blue Suites

It was a disaster. We had a very difficult and mentally demanding day, and all we wanted was to spend the night in a normal hotel. We booked it through booking.com at 10 p.m. We arrived at 12am, but there was a line of newly arrived tourists. We politely waited and were given our passports, but then something very strange began. At first the host just left to check something and when he came back he ignored us and started serving new arrivals. When we said that we had been waiting for almost an hour, he asked us to wait some more, until he finally admitted that they didn't see our reservation (we had both the reservation number and the hotel confirmation). He began to say something vaguely that he can not help, when asked to give the manager's phone number, pointed his finger at the janitor (or who was it?) and said that it is the manager. Then wanted to move us away from the counter again and serve other people, shouting rudely at us. It is funny that the most adequate was the boy who was carrying the suitcases - he knew English much better, listened to our situation, but faced the impenetrable stupidity of the host, who simply did nothing. We ended up going to another hotel and got our money back through booking. Lalila Blue is an amazing demonstration that 5 stars mean nothing in Turkey. Photo of the hosta attached, but I doubt the hotel administration will do anything. As the host said, "we care about the people who bought the tour, not the people who booked rooms day in and day out." Just ridiculous 😁 Тип поездки

Rooms excellent and cleaned daily. Nice pool area and lounge. Staff helpful, friendly and polite.

Food was occasionally cold and same most days.. Not a lot of variety. Entertainment boring during day, not much better at night. Sister hotels next door music always overpowered this hotel making so you cannot think straight listening to 2 sets of music. Beds uncomfortable due to been hard.

Modern design, fresh look and cleanness

- Wi-Fi is not free (?!) - Safe is not free (?!) - Parking is almost nonexistent - Rooms without pool view are facing the street with really loud bars
