- We were on holidays in a big team of friends, so managed to have a look at all the rooms. The rooms were good, but the AC worked in a strange passion and the lights were also strange. - SPA was nice, but not Wow - The beach is nice indeed

- The hotel management sucks completely: At first, part of us were moved to another hotel nearby due to overbooking (the other hotel was way cheaper). Each interaction with management was completely disgusting: manager was always extremely rude and not willing to compromise (do not like it - get out). - The food was awful. We generally skipped breakfast and lunch, cause there was simply nothing to eat. Also the timing was strange: breakfast finished at 10:30, the lunch finished at 14:30 and until dinner at 19 you get nothing. - We had to ask for blankets: there were none in the rooms, due to summer season (which is stupid, cause one needs a blanket anyway, especially with an AC) - The evening program is basically nothing

the property is modern and clean. located in a good area. loved some of the staff.. lol

I wasn’t aware I need to pay for Wi-Fi and it’s an extra $5-$8 a day per person! also they are very strict because it’s an all inclusive. my sister in law took my kids for the day and returned to the hotel for lunch to give him something to eat and they yelled at her for being there! I wasn’t neither was my husband, so what if she took my place for lunch. another negative is only 1 keycard per room. we had a family suite and they couldn’t even give us 2 cards! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I liked the hospitality . Reception often didn't understand English. The restaurant and entertainment staff were very polite and helpful.

The music around the poolside was far too loud and because of this, we were unable to relax around the pool- even my earphones didn't block it out . I initially booked one week but liked the holiday so much that I booked a weeks extension- would have been nice not to have had to pay for the room safe again-it could have been a goodwill gesture.
