Paying for TV channels and WiFi access restricted to the lobby.

All inclusive food was delicious. Great spread and variety of food. Good location, walking distance to everything.

Wifi only available in the lobby Safe not available unless you pay 5euro per day Tv not available unless you pay. Loud till about 1am, due to noise from the bar near the hotel. Pool is always full and everyone comes down super early to hog the chairs by putting there towels on the sun lounges.

During our 7 days we never got a sunbed at the pool. Not enough space or sunbeds

The food and access to the beach was good. Only the kitchen staff and managers were nice.

The pool was tiny and overcrowded. The associated beach was dirty - there were bandaids floating around, tissue and other unpleasant things. Apart from a few nice staff everyone else seemed to have an attitude. When asked to make drinks and asking to add less sugar they would make faces as if I have asked them to something so out of their job description. The spa/ wellness centre downstairs was also highly unpleasant. The man is only interested when he is going to make some money out of you. The hammam and sauna were free but he kept saying they’re very busy and not free. For the hammam they’re supposed to give you gown and slippers but he said you can in there for 10 mins - to do what??? Stare at the walls? Absolutely horrible. There was no support from reception as to where we can go and what we can do. Would not go again.
