La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro e vicinissima ai mezzi pubblici (a 150 metri dalla fermata del tram per l'aeroporto). Le aree comuni sono sufficientemente spaziose e fornite di giochi. La cucina è un po' piccola ma sufficiente per preparare colazioni o pasti veloci.

C'era un problema con la doccia (ne abbiamo provate diverse e solo una funzionava correttamente), l'acqua usciva in alternanza caldissima/bollente e freddissima/gelida. Si riusciva a stare sotto al getto solo nella brevissima fase di transizione tra questi due estremi. Scomodo e un peccato per lo spreco d'acqua. I lavabi dei bagni sono molto piccoli.

Das Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Toiletten wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und die Lage direkt am Haymarket ist Top, da verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden.

Das 18 Bett Zimmer mit Dreier-Etagenbetten ist alles andere als komfortabel. Man kommt nachts kaum zur Ruhe durch das Kommen und Gehen, die niedrigen, offenen Schlafkojen sind durch die beengten Verhältnisse nicht sehr einladend. Außerdem lief die Heizung intervallweise bei offenem Fenster auf höchster Stufe, so dass es gerade nachts unangenehm warm wurde. Trotz eines Hinweises hatte das Personal den Heizkörper nicht herunter geregelt, es wurde auf unterschiedliches Wärmeempfinden verwiesen. Die Einrichtung und Teppiche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The staff were kind, great location, and a nice terrace

The beds not very comfy, the shared bathroom was not clean all the time, but it is a hostel and I kind of expected it.

The bathrooms were clean and the location was good - right next to Haymarket train station, trams, and airport buses. It was nice that the sheets were already on the bed and the lounge had a nice vibe.

The beds were very basic - squeaky old metal bunk beds, no chargers in the room that I could see, no curtain or privacy around the beds, the mattress itself I could feel the springs and lumpy pillows. The heaters were on full even though it was a warm evening. Was nice to have a kitchen but it was very small and hot in there and I didn't realize before arriving I wouldn't have access to the fridge until 8am, so had bought food for breakfast before arriving which I couldn't access before I had to leave at 7.30am the next day.
