Travelodge by Wyndham Kapuskasing

At the last moment when i went at location they said your booking was cancelled without any update

I was not properly informed that the reservation was cancelled. Had to go to a comfort inn

Like the hotel very clean but corridors have an unlikable smell

Got to hotel and Expedia had booked me into a full hotel😳😳Hotel staff were very helpful during a somewhat confusing situtation

After booking on Expedia and receiving confirmation via text I continued my travel to Kapuskasing. After arriving at the Motel and waiting in line for 15 min I was advised that my room had been canceled and notification had been sent, I advise the clerk that I never received a text, and also noticed that there was a bus of fire evacuees outside being unloaded but when I booked there was 5 room available (doubles) and quite a few single beds. I guess LESSON LEARNED. THERES NO ROOM GURANTEE WHEN YOU BOOK ON LINE!! In the future I will call and book my room DIRECTLY with the motel.
