Travelodge by Wyndham Kapuskasing

This property required by the Government to Canceled our booking due to wildfires in Northern Ontario needed room for evacuees can’t give a true evaluation.

The staff was very respectful, not the manager.

It was run down, falling apart, broken furniture, dead bugs on the walls, strange stains on the furniture and horrible smells from a non-smoking room.

Good place to stop for the night , beautiful town

Looked like an abandoned place where guests left in a hurry. Although our particular room was clean and fine, the rest of the rooms all the way down the hall were not cared for, doors were left open with beds striped and left undone, or half cleaned, the lights on here and there, some air conditioners left running. It felt abandoned and unattended. We won’t be booking there again, cheaper but too unsettling.

For some unknown reason my reservation was cancelled.

There is NOTHING to like about this property. The environment was filthy. Absolutely nowhere near as photographed in ad. Damage everywhere. I have photos. Refused to stay and was refused refund by hotel. Expedia stepped in and dealt with hotel and refund applied. Thank you Expedia

First of all I was unable to check in because the person at the front desk did not enter the proper expiry date therefore i had to return home which was a 6 hour drive

They canceled my night without noticing me of it I was travelling from 1000 km away from Kapuskasing i had to travel to Hearst to get a room

Clean and quiet. Beds were great. Hostess was awesome 👌!
