Nothing. It was horrible. Never again.

I was supposed to stay for 4 nights but just left after the second night. It was filthy. Nothing like the photos. It was a bad neighborhood, I felt unsafe. The staff were rude. They limit the amount of food you can have for breakfast. On the second morning, at breakfast, I got up from my chair to look at the window while drinking my tea. The staff lady told me to stay sitting down, but I didn't sit. So, she grabbed my tray very abruptly and put it down even more abruptly in another table, closer to the window. Just horrible.

As basic as you can get but clean and tidy. We just needed a base to sleep and its location was perfect

Individual dormitory. The place is very clean. Heating, kitchen.

You have to pay to use the shower for 4 minutes. I didn't feel welcomed. Nobody talked to me. The receptionists don't speak English and they treated me as if I was a problem, not a paying guest. I entered through the main building. The reception is on the 5th floor. I dragged my heavy luggage to the 5th floor through the stairs. Then the receptionist tried to tell me my room was in another building. So I went out to look for the building dragging the heavy luggage again. I was very tired that day because of the travel. I got lost because I couldn't understand where to go. They could have sent me a message through booking explaining where I needed to go to avoid this. Luckily an employer helped me to find the building. And later an employer from the cleaning staff was very kind too and showed me where I should dispose of the trash. Besides that, nobody else talked to me or gave me instructions or welcomed me. It felt really weird and cold. The street is very noisy, so if you are staying here, consider ear plugs.

Although there was no staff to greet you after missing the time, it did not have a big impact on your check-in.
