Very modern, peaceful and great facilities

Nice, modern hotel. Room a good size but decor is a bit drab and beds are too firm but comfortable overall. The gardens and pool areas inside and out are fabulous but the experience is spoilt by the very hard and uncomfortable sun beds - why doesn’t the hotel provide cushions for the sun beds like many other hotels I have stayed in. The food in the buffet is fairly mediocre, although we ate in Evo one evening and the meal was very good, but expensive. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beginning of the pedestrianised old town where there are so many excellent restaurants.

Great location, the EVO Restaurant was famous, It would be great if Pools open before 9 o clock.

Hotel was spotless, rooms were lovely, although surprised our room only had a bath and no shower, This was not an issue as we used the showers in the spa instead which were spotless and close to the sun beds so very convenient at the end of our days spent at the pool. I don’t usually use the pools in hotels however I used the several pools at the hote, the water was warm and there were several different pools to choose from which included jacuzzi and a small lazy river, the pool area was beautiful, decking and grass and beautiful flowers and bushes. There were an adequate number of sinners available. Breakfast food selection excellent. Juicer available for all guests to use. We ate dinner one night and the food was nice but I preferred to walk to restaurants in the town. Location of hotel is perfect, 5 min walk to Bardolino old town which is beautiful and has a large selection of superb restaurants. One of the reception staff was the only disappointment, never listened and talked over the top of you which we found very rude. Most of the staff nice and friendly but a few not so much. Maybe we had just previously been spoilt in the other two hotels we stayed in while visiting Italy as the hospitality and friendliness we received was excellent. I would still return to the hotel as far more positives than negatives.

Our second visit to this hotel. The pool area is one of the main reasons we returned. It is fantastic for adults and kids and it's lovely to be outside in a heated pool when the weather isn't so great. Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. No issues with the room or bathroom. Service levels are inconsistent. Some staff were great, others can be unhelpful and on the odd occasion appeared a little rude although that could be lost in translation. Breakfast was disappointing compared to last year when an omelette station was in operation but the hotel was very quiet on this occasion as we stayed before the main Easter weekend. If the service levels were more consistent I would not hesitate to give a 5 star review. It is very likely we will return in any event.
