Los hoteles de 4 estrellas en Santa Susana no son como en otros lugares. Son 4 estrellas justitas para turistas que al parecer no esperan ni exigen mucho. Las duchas, hacen mucho ruido cuando las usan en otras habitaciones. Duchas con 20 o más años. Focos en las terrazas del hotel de enfrente que no se apagan en toda la noche con la consiguiente entrada de luz por los bordes de las cortinas opacas. Cuando amanece igual o peor. Habitación muy pequeña la que me dieron. Con un colchón que se hundía por en medio y hacía la almohada muy incómoda. Las puertas no chirrían, ni la de entrada ni la del baño, cosa encomiable hoy día, pero todas las puertas de entrada a las habitaciones se cierran dando un portazo incompatible con la siesta. No hay café de cortesía en recepción, pero sí agua fresca. También en el mueble bar a la llegada. El hotel dispone de un parking exterior junto a la entrada a recepción. Tuve la mala suerte de aparcar bajo pinos y al llover durante la noche se me llenó el coche de resina y pinaza. Las pulseritas que usan de llave me fallaron todos y cada uno de los días de mi estancia.

Good location, next to the beach, with lovely views out to sea. A good variety of fresh food, nicely presented with attentive waiting staff. Public areas attractive and spacious. Room basic but bright and clean. Comfortable bed. Hot water in shower unpredictable. Local area however, very noisy. Neigbouring beach bar and hotels with night time entertainment, along with neighbouring campsite, accommodating large numbers of teenagers.

First solo trip, hotel was incredible, the reception staff couldn’t do enough to help, assist and guide! Truly amazing! The restaurant staff were not as helpful unfortunately, I was all inclusive and a little intimidated being alone and I felt the staff could have been more encouraging, most days I was nearly finished my food before someone would approach me for a beverage, they would say rather loud, dining alone and then clear the other setting of plates and cutlery from my table, when asking them a question they answered in a very condescending way, it wasn’t overly busy so couldn't understand why I would be treated this way. The food was lovely, loads of options and very fresh! The spa was great and the hours it’s open is fantastic. Housekeeping staff were great. There are so much beer the hotel, an huge strip for food, drinks and shopping. Train station is 6 min walk and takes over 1.5 hour to get into Barcelona city. Overall would highly recommend staying here. Fantastic!!!

liked that it was close to the beach. I dislike that the pool was cold and there was only one restaurant on the compound so wasn't much options. Still had to pay for room service even though it was all inclusive and the drinks are not that good. Alcohol drinks sucked for us

You can hear everything that happens on your floor, so privacy is a big concern. The front desk staff are great, but kitchen staff were disproportionally pushy, which was strange because the meal service is a buffet. Beds are quite stiff. Spa is nice. All-inclusive food restrictions are confusing and mistakes will provoke the kitchen/bar staff. Night cleaning folks kept us up at night making recreational noise. We eventually became uncomfortable interacting with the kitchen staff and resorted to external restaurants.

Tocando la playa, con vistas mar desde la piscina, buen ambiente, la mejor localización de Santa Susanna.

2eme année que nous venons dans cet établissement. Personnel à l' écoute et professionnel. Chambre propre. Très bonne restauration. Hôtel proche de la mer. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine.

Notre séjour a été agréable. Selon moi, les axes d’améliorations seraient : Réparation des boutons des douches dans le SPA Ajout d'un panneau sur le respect au silence dans les SPA ainsi que dans le couloir qui mène aux chambres. Ajout d'un coin lounge proche du BAR. Eviter de servir dans du plastique ou cartons, même aux abords de la piscine (déchets non recycler).
