Great hotel with great staff, very detail oriented so the daily cleaning was really good. They even changed the bedding every couple of days. The pool was great for a splash and the beach views from the spacious balcony very welcome. The clientele were decent, no loud drunks and was a touch of class in the people staying there. It was on a quiet edge of the beach at end of the line. More old couples than young ones though, the staff definitely gravitated to the old couples though - clearly they splashed the cash more. As nice as the staff were, you could feel they were greed motivated. The rooms felt open and airy with good air con. The staff couldn’t help you enough and were almost all smily and happy, very attentive. The food variety and quality at breakfast and dinner was amazing (can’t comment on lunch or snacks as we were half board). There was only one problem related to hotel greed, we were half board (breakfast and dinner only) and there was an expectation at dinner to spend lots on drinks, which we didn’t want - they even charged for water. This meant we refilled our own water in the hotel bottle and brought it down, just to avoid having our glasses snatched away and being left thirsty, or asked for €5 for some water. This is completely wrong, trying to trap people with extra costs. The irony is at breakfast we had so much choice to drink of juice, milk, water, lemon or lime water, variety of hot drinks and… wait for this… champagne. The difference is shocking that at breakfast you can get champagne and at dinner need to pay €5 for water. You lost a full rating just for this greedy inconsistent and trapping behaviour. Provide water at dinner without additional cost, not too much to ask is it?

Staff excellent customer service from front desk , housekeeping and dining staff — Bed very comfy very clean place Food is very Good and plenty of choices — Room is spacious— will definitely recommend this place to friends and family — ❤️Alegria Mar Mediterranean

Lhotel a mal vieillis, le neccessaire n’est plus fait correctement, ma mere sest fait piquer par une punaise de lit, 60€ de medecin, la reponse de lhotel, aucune le directeur fait l’autruche, et se cache. Un bruit abominable, demande de changement de chambre, les conditions des autres chambres restantes encore plus bruyante que l’ancienne. Vraiment une tres mauvaises experiences, je vous conseille pas. Ce qu’il les emporte cest quon paye, sans satisfaire la demande client, vreiment c’est abominable.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the evening reception staff (Miguel and a lovely young lady we didn’t catch the name of sorry!) very helpful, kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable, spa was nice and relaxing. Dining was lovely, lots of food options and the waiting staff we very helpful and kind also. It was an all round lovely, relaxing stay. This is a beautiful property situated right on Santa Susanna beach. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Food is good, but not excellent. As it is a very expensive all inclusive, we expected that it would have several different kinds of restaurants. Not a buffet style for every meal. We have gone to several all inclusives in different parts of the world, this food definitely is not top quality. The workers in the restaurant are wonderful and friendly, very hard working. The Hotel has some strange rules about where they serve their coffee and alcohol drinks. You could not get a coffee with your meals, except at breakfast, unless you walked up a full flight of stairs. They had lots of desserts…. again good but not excellent. ALL inclusive shouldn’t mean all inclusive. At the bar counter very few drinks were part of the all inclusive, just the basic alcohol drinks absolutely no fancy drinks. That is one thing that every all inclusive we’ve been at have always included. All in all, four out of five is being generous …. it really is more of a three out of five, but because of where it is situated on the beach & many of the friendly, sweet hard workers we gave it four out of five. Thx

This was our second time visiting this hotel and it certainly won’t be the last.

Hôtel agréable et calme près des commerces et des restaurants.La chambre avec la terrasse est grande.Les repas sont très bon.La piscine est proche de la plage et de la piste cyclable.Le spa est un plus pour se quatre étoiles.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons passez un super séjour, l’hôtel est très beau, la vue sur mer de notre balcon était magnifique ! Le personnel au top et une hygiène impeccable (chambre nettoyé et draps changé tous les jours)
