Had really high expectations when visiting this hotel due to previous reviews, however reality just did not live up to those expectations. Food was generally tasty with a good variety on offer, however it could have been warmer and quite often particular food items ran out and were not replaced meaning that if you prefer to eat later, you had a smaller variety to choose from. Drinks variety was ample, with the all inclusive running until 11pm, however It was difficult to get drinks with the staff particularly slow (yes we did tip). Rooms were clean but tired, toilet continually running and damage to furniture. Despite the bed being comfortable, It was almost impossible to get a good sleep due to noise from other guests (walls were particularly thin), people outside and then the morning bin lorry that woke us up at 6.30 each morning. The most disappointing aspect however was the inflexibility of the staff. We travel frequently and find that the majority of hotels will do all they can to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. Not this hotel, it’s a simple yes or no !! Walnuts at breakfast? - No (despite them being available at lunch and dinner). Late check out? No. Pool towels? No unless you pay a deposit, Room safe? No - unless you pay. On a positive note they do provide FREE bottled water. Don’t get me wrong, we don’t mind paying, however when you have paid £1200 for 3 nights for a 4 star hotel, you would expect some of these things to be included. There are better hotels with better staff to spend your hard earned money. Happy Holidays.

L’hôtel est situé en face de la mer. Le personnel est au top. Notre chambre ne nous plaisait pas. Le lendemain, nous avons changé de chambre. Les repas sont excellents (petites verrines individuelles, show cooking, les viandes et les poissons sont très bons, desserts variés). Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Had a lovely relaxed time here on October that was my second time at this hotel . beside the beach lovely views the staff were all very nice and always helpful plenty to chose from to eat at the restaurant will be back again the strip is a 2 minute walk from hotel with bars and restaurants the town strip isn’t really big and you could walk into the next town if you wanted I hired a mountain bike for the week and got about that way but you can easily get a train close by if you chose to visit other towns

The stuff we’re very polite and helpful. Food quality was very good, too. The view from the apartment was awesome.

What a gem of a hotel. The rooms were great and the beds were the most comfortable we have slept in for years! The decor was so beautiful with something else to discover each day - it was amazing. The food was good with a great selection each morning and evening. But what makes this hotel so wonderful are the staff. They were wonderful, so cheerful and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The reception team led by Aasha in particular were exceptional. For the first time in years I didn't want to go home!!

We are at the airport in Girona waiting to go home. Three women chose this hotel to get away from the stress of life and we are absolutely disgusted with how we were treated because we are English. Waiters are so incredibly rude, particulary the ones in the restaurant, we used something called manners and said please and thank you which ALL members of restaurant staff completely ignored and gave dirty looks. Not sure if it's a tourist thing but other guests (German and french) were quite blatantly looking, pointing at us and talking about us with a disgusted look on our face. Maybe it's just us we thought, until we met another English solo traveller and again said she had been met with the same racial discrimination as we have. Such a shame because its an excellent location, food is OK, breakfast is the best meal, it's a spotless hotel but completely let down by the staff. We are tourists and we save all year to come to visit your country and hotel the least we expect is respect. The mould on the sun loungers is absolutely diabolical too, how this is acceptable in a 4 star is beyond me. We would NOT be returning.

Very pleasant stay, all staff very polite and helpful as we are disabled. My wife suffers from chronic neuropathic pain, and couldn't get over the comfort of the bed. she slept like a baby every night. We will definitely be back again.

Lovely hotel and location, handy for the train station. Staff helpful and cheerful on the whole, except a really grumpy bearded chef, who was rude and threw your food at you!! We found breakfast good, lovely fresh fruit, lots of choice. Dinner and lunch lacked flavour and was always tepid at best.
