The apartment was lovely, well stocked and clean linen but the balcony lacked care and could do with a good clean.

This property has a great location, but no front desk person can help you anytime. You don't see any employees there unless you have all the time to wait for someone. Maybe it is good enough for local Spaniards who know the city, but I do not recommend it to foreign tourists. And, one minor but important detail, despite it being reasonably clean, the smell was awful.

Very central location with entrance through a beautiful courtyard. Sparkling clean and spacious.
The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is modern and it has all you need . Both bedrooms are very comfortable as well as beds and pillows. The bathroom is modern and very comfortable as well. I had to talk to the front desk on two occasions and on both the clerks was gracious, courteous and prompt. Excellent accommodations. Strongly recommend!
Comfortable and great location. Walking distance from all the main attractions and sights in Sevilla.
Well positioned for the cathedral, Alcazar, Triana, Plaza de Espana. A bit far from the northern attractions if that is a major draw for you. A number of express convenience stores and supermarkets a few minutes away. Hotel was really stingy about some supplies (did not restock toilet paper, did not restock coffee pods after we used the initial 4 provided, only provided 1 dishwasher detergent pack, we had to buy our own laundry detergent). Seems a bit myopic way for management save a few euros on our eight night stay that we are paying well over a grand. Our hot-water heater performed very poorly during our stay. Hot water would last for a maximum of approximately five minutes. Most times it would replenish when we try again after 30-40 minutes, but occasionally it would not. Our nightly shower routine for three people stretched into a two-hour affair every night with lots of prayers that it would work. We communicated this to the reception after the first night, but this did not improve at all during our stay. This location is on a horse carriage route, so expect the clickety clack of the horseshoes on the pavement, garage / recycling truck noises, and the usual people noises for the streetside apartments. The interior facing apartments I'd expect to be quieter. Despite all that, Seville was so lovely.
