The only problem we had is getting in. After a long haul of travel you just want to lay down and it took as awhile to login to the door knob. So note, the pinpad needs to be blue(lighting up) before entering the pass code then key icon. Very Close to tourist spot. Much better to wolk around instead of driving. It is very hard to park.
Would return just needs a little TLC some furniture needs replaced. Over stay was pleasant and bey accessible to the sights shops and restaurants.

I really recommend this hotel, it has wonderful location, you can walk to the catedral and all the important places to visit, restaurants, bars, tableau show, etc, and is a great apartment, clean and full of comfort. And the personal is so kind and welcoming
The property was in an ideal location close to all points of interest and a stone throw away from the bustling riverside. Boutique shops all nearby within walking distance. Property was clean and adequate. The only feedback I would have is that the property was to sleep 4 yet there was bedding for 2 only. Also, the sofa and chairs need upgrading, were dated. The dining chairs in particular need to be re upholstered. We could barely sit on them due to lack of stuffing! Otherwise really pleased with the property and location.
The building was very safe and perfectly nesstled next to the Torre de Oro. It was a 3 minute walk to the Seville cathedral and a 5 minute walk to yhe Alcazar! Right next to the river. This is also where the hop on and off busses are parked.
I felt very safe. Lots of dinning options. The Seville Cathedral was walking distance.
