Great little B&B with friendly hosts, very clean and cosy. Great breakfast too. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay around the south area of Blackpool.

Shower flow was very weak.

Owners were very friendly and were available to talk to when needed. The hotel, including the rooms were very clean and the decor was fantastic and felt very homely. Breakfast was probably the best I've had in a while.

Conveniently located for the South Shore area with a tram stop an 8 minute walk away at South Pier. The host was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and decorated to a good standard and the breakfast service was great.

The hosts were incredible! The nicest people you will ever meet honestly, the lady shown me to my room, explained everything perfectly and served us up a brilliant cooked breakfast with juice and coffee in the morning, full table service! The room was comfortable and the shower was large and hot, perfect. The location is amazing too, around the corner from pleasure beach and up the road from the south pier, perfect.

Our host was so lovely , very welcoming the minute we arrived. She explained everything to us and also asked if we would like a cooked breakfast in the morning and did we want it all. She took us up to our room . Nothing seemed to much trouble.
