Lovely b and b with good sized rooms. Fantastic location for visiting Pleasure Beach and the south shore. Great and filling breakfast in the morning. Wonderful service from the staff who were ever so friendly.

The hotel was lovely and clean. My room was perfect single bed which was very comfy there was also tea coffee etc and biscuits. And in the bathroom toiletries. Julie the landlady is a very nice lady looked after all my needs and she has a lovely personality. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Julie (sorry didn't meet Steve) was fabulous host, nothing to much trouble. Very welcoming. Great breakfast, room perfect for solo traveller. Perfect location for pleasure beach, south pier and sandcastle waterpark.

Was there for music festival, and was at other end of resort, but should not detract from a fabulous hotel.

Great stay - however, by wary - hotels.com says hotel has parking available (which is why I choose this hotel) and also a gym, it has neither
