My room is very spacious and clean thanks for houskeeping team. I would like to recommend the receptionist jouiise for being friendly and helpful to us here. Thank you I enjoyed my stay.

I had a BBQ dinner in Concord and it's amazing and value for money. The staff was professional. Special thanks to sulochani who make our dinning easy and smooth.

During my interaction with the receptionist, Ira, I found her attitude to be rude and unhelpful. Whenever I requested something, the response was dismissive, often saying “we don’t have” without making any effort to assist or provide an alternative solution. As a guest, I expect professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, Ira’s approach left a negative impression and did not meet the standards of hospitality. I hope management can address this behavior and ensure better guest service in the future.

Stayed here due to our flight being delayed 20 hours, so could’ve been a very sour stay as we arrived tired and at 4am but wow! The NICEST, kindest staff ever. They could not have done more for you or made you feel more welcome. We didn’t use all of our food vouchers so they even prepared a bag of goodies on check out which was honestly so thoughtful and not expected. Rooms clean, spacious and food was incredible. If I needed to stay in Qatar again, would return here 100% Thank you Concorde team
