Hotels staff is very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is very good,very close to a metro station, also not far away from the airport. Rooms are very clean. Meals vary and very tasty. Each time enjoy staying at hotel

Check in and check out process was smooth as assisted by receptionists Jouisee and Ibrahim. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but rooms could use an upgrade. The staff's service and provided was excellent.

The location is convenient for reaching the main attractions in the area and the public transport connections are excellent. A special praise goes to the two receptionists who welcomed us: Adleen and ibrahim. From the first moment they proved to be professional, friendly and available to satisfy every request. Their smile and their kindness made the stay even more pleasant, helping to create a familiar and welcoming atmosphere.
