Good bed and very clean.

Heat unit was very loud.

Great stay

Didn’t end up staying. We got to our room and there were lots of crumbs all over the bench, table and floor. It was clear whoever cleaned to room didn’t take much time to ensure a thorough job was completed. There was also no microwave (which was an item listed that our room would have). After speaking with the front desk, our options were to accept it as is, or we could leave and they would refund us (as they had no more rooms available). Since we had no way to heat up the food we brought with us, and there was no offer to finish cleaning the room, we opted for the refund and went somewhere else.

Having stayed here last year I knew what it was like. My poor rating is due to the lack of soundproofing between floors. We had heavy footed people above us, and they kept us up until almost 2 in the morning. Not great when you are up and out early with a full day of driving ahead.

For an included breakfast, it was on the low end of the scale.
