Staff are friendly.Room clean, bed comfortable, lots of towels.

Motel is hard to get to from highway. Access, not well marked. It was overpriced for room, but it seems to be the trend for a most of Winnipeg hotels/ motels. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers are mounted too high on tub surround and not accessible when taking a bath.
