Hotel Delhi Aerocity

Horrible!

I had booked Hotel Delhi Aerocity from Fri 17 to Sat 18 May 2019. They have changed my stay to another hotel and didn't even bother to informed me. After reaching Delhi, I tried to find location for this hotel but it was not easy. There was no hotel as per the location mentioned in Hotel.com app. When I called the hotel number for the location then only they inform me that your stay was arranged to another hotel. Worst experience I have with this booking.

It is not as listed. We had our driver call the hotel when the address listed didn’t exist. We were taken to a completely different hotel down the road and assured our reservation that we had already paid for would be honored. They swore they owned two hotels but were unable to show proof of that. Since we had no where else to go we stayed there. We didn’t pay double so I guess they told the truth. It was sketchy. In the end, it was serviceable but absolutely not as advertised, not even close.

The hotel was shut for our check in dates. They provided an alternative property which was poor. The room of the alternate property was very bad. Bathrooms were dirty too. I would not recommend this property. We were disappointed with the hotel management's inability to help us and despite our bad experience they did not provide us any refund.

Good hotel for transit. Good clean spacious room. Helpful staff. Good place to rest between flights.

３月に知人が宿泊し訪れた際は、繁華街の便利な場所に立地していて、宿泊していない私の荷物を何時間か預かってくださり有難かったです。 その時の印象が良く、１１月に乗換で宿泊したのですが、再開発のためか、ホテルは少し離れた場所に移転していました。世界的な有名ブランドのアウトレットショップが立ち並び賑わっていた通りも廃屋になっていました（楽しみにしていたのに残念）。 フロントの愛想が良いのは変わりなく、お部屋も、ルームサービスの朝食（トーストやオムレツにコーヒーといった簡単なもの）も、空港へのタクシーの手配も、電気・水・Wi-Fiも、何の問題もありませんでした。 街が変化している途中のようで、空港のプリペイドタクシーの運転手はホテルの場所が分からず、近くに商店や飲食店がないのは、ホテルの責任ではないでしょう。
